This alliance connects MAF's specialized expertise in high-risk pregnancy support with PRC's network of 250+ perinatal professionals across 38 states and 4 countries, creating comprehensive pathways for supporting families through complex maternal alloimmunization journeys.

Born from Lived Experience, Driven by Collective Impact

Founded in 2021 by five mothers—Jessica, Mandy, Rhi, Stephanie, and Amy—who have been directly affected by maternal alloimmunization and HDFN, MAF emerged from a worldwide online support group for women with antibodies (ISOMoms). With 22 living children between them, the founding board represents a wide range of antibodies and lived experiences, each journey revealing different gaps in care and moments when better knowledge and empowerment could have changed outcomes.

This patient-led perspective aligns powerfully with PRC's village-centered approach to professional support, creating opportunities for birth workers, doulas, midwives, and other perinatal professionals to better understand and support families navigating high-risk pregnancies and complex medical conditions.
